1. What is Bethany Village?

Bethany Village is an innovative community offering its residents an exceptional quality of life with residential, retail, office and community areas. The community includes the 146-home Parc Bethany subdivision, the 152-unit South Parc at Bethany luxury apartments, Central Parc at Bethany with studio, one and two-bedroom apartment homes, the 98 unit Bethany Knoll Duet Homes, the Promenade luxury condominium homes and the mixed retail and office space of Bethany Village Centre. Scheduled to open Fall of 2002 is the new west side edition featuring 540 new apartment homes, Laurel Parc Retirement Resort, independent and assisted living facilities, and a new athletic facility.

Bethany Village is located north of Highway 26 (Sunset Corridor). Take the Cornell/Bethany Exit, turn north on N.W. Bethany Boulevard and continue to Bethany Village Centre.
