RESIDENT AIDE / CAREGIVER

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibility for the total care of each resident in your Resident Group for all activities of daily living. You will be accountable to monitor the activities and behavior for all residents in your Resident Group so that the services, care and treatments of each resident are appropriate and delivered in a continuous, predictable and efficient manner to them.
You must coordinate and communicate with all other team members in maintaining a complete perspective of service and care for each resident. Also actively engage yourself in reinforcing, introducing and implementing activities that maximize each resident’s identity, abilities and interests that are in your Resident Group.

HOUSKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Laurel Parc Senior Living Community seeks a housekeeping supervisor for our amazing new property. Qualified candidates will be able work cohesively with both the residents and the staff to ensure the maximum benefit for current and new residents. Previous supervisory skills are required. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The delivery of housekeeping services to each resident in your assigned group. You will be required to monitor the activities and behavior for all residents in your Resident Group so that the care and housekeeping services for each resident are appropriate and delivered to them in a proper manner.
- Assume the cleaning responsibilities for all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis.
- Keep all areas of the community clean, neat, attractive, and safe for residents, guests, and team members at all times.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Under the direction of the General Manager and the Management Company, organize, coordinate, and monitor the full array of communication channels: advertising, direct mail, endorsements, referrals, public relations programs and events. The media program should efficiently maximize lead generation.
- Creation and implementation of a quarterly marketing plan
- Accurate preparation and submission of the property’s weekly sales reports.
